Overview and Aim

Sadhu Vaswani International School, Kompally, Hyderabad, was established in 2008. The school focuses on providing education based upon Indian culture, tradition, and ideals of Sadhu Vaswani. The society that runs the school is "Sadhu Vaswani Mission".

Ever since the school's establishment, the prime focus of the school has been to provide quality and comprehensive education to the students. They believe that the education imparted should be formative rather than just formative. The school environment helps the students to understand the love of God and the unity of life. The school is a non-sectarian and non-communal institution that emphasizes the permanent values of life.

Academics and Facilities

Sadhu Vaswani International School is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It prepares the students for the All India Secondary School Examination and All India Senior School Certificate for class 10th and 12th, respectively. The schools strictly follow the curriculum prescribed by the board, and apart from the compulsory subjects such as science, social science, mathematics, second language, and English, the students also have additional subjects like life skills, art, and craft, physical education. The teaching staff is extremely knowledgeable and helps the students excel in their respective subjects. The small number of students in the classroom helps the teachers to give individual attention to every student.

The school campus is spread over 7 acres and has several facilities to make the students comfortable. An auditorium for competitions, assemblies, guest lectures, and joined house meetings is available. Respective physics, chemistry, and biology labs are available for the students in senior classes, and junior science lab is available for the students till class 10th. These science labs have the latest apparatus and specimens for the teachers to conduct a practical session with the students to gain in-depth knowledge of the topic. The school also has an IT lab with over 30 computers and has the latest software for the students to learn the coding language from the very beginning.

Sports and Extracurricular Activities

The school believes that along with studies, the student should also remain physically fit and has employed experienced and professional trainers to provide coaching to the students in the respective sports. The sports played at the school are cricket, football, basketball, skating, volleyball and lawn tennis. Indoor sports include table tennis, chess, and kho-kho.

Co-curricular activities and textbook education are also necessary, and the school provides many extracurricular activities for the more holistic and overall growth of the student. Activities like public speaking, MUNs, art & craft, instrumental and vocal music, dance, inter-school and inter-house competitions help students gain qualities like punctuality, honesty, teamwork, and enhance the student's leadership skills to shine and become successful.
