Assessment
There are two assessment options:
- Cambridge Progression Tests(this is marked in school)
- Cambridge Primary and Secondary Checkpoint(Cambridge examiners mark this)
Cambridge Secondary Programme
Cambridge Secondary Students of Stages 6 to 8th international school, study English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, Social Studies, Global Perspectives and one Second language. The second languages offered here are Hindi and French.
Assessment will be in both Summative and Formative.
- Formative assessment includes presentations, projects, day to day activities and lab work.
- Summative assessment provides Progression Examinations at the end of each term.
The Cambridge Secondary one Checkpoint examination is taken in English, Science, and Mathematics at Stage eight. This is a diagnostic assessment to compare individuals, check to learn, classes, and reports progress to students, parents, and teachers. In addition, secondary Checkpoint 1 provides detailed feedback about a student's strengths and weaknesses.
Cambridge Primary Progression( Marked in school)
- Provides detailed information about the performance of each student for stages three, four, five and six
- Facilitate learning to be assessed every year.

Cambridge Primary Checkpoint (Marked by Cambridge)
- It is is a diagnostic testing service marked in Cambridge. Each student receives a statement of achievement and a diagnostic report that helps young learners give comprehensive feedback on their strengths and weaknesses in each subject area.
- The Cambridge Global Perspectives evaluations are marked by teachers and moderated in Cambridge.
